We often forget that life is a series of small decisions, every day, all the time. Every decision you make matters, and every time you decide to try something new, you open the realm of possibilities for yourself.

In a way, it was the same with celiac (as with my dad’s death). It wasn’t the same level of intense personal pain like a death, but it was a death in its own way of my old life.
