Serving the Lake Champlain Islands and surrounding areas, founder Kim Dostaler brings relief to the age-old question that looms over adulthood—what’s for dinner?
Kim was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2019. As a person who finds great joy and happiness in food, the diagnosis was life-altering. Kim decided there was nothing else to do but learn to cook everything she wanted to eat, sans gluten. So she did.
Now Kim wants to share her cooking, both with people that need gluten-free food, and those that just want something delicious.

With Gluffy’s In-Home Chef Service, you get beautiful meals prepared in your home to stock your fridge or freezer. Kim will work with you on custom menus, do the shopping, cook the food in your home, and clean it all up. That leaves you with hours of time and a fridge full of food.
