Shift Your World
Hi! I'm Kim. Let's work together and make some magic!
Hi! I'm Kim. Let's work together and make some magic!
What do you need to shift your world?
Do you feel that? Something stirring inside of you, a voice saying “Hey! There’s got to be more to this life.” Maybe you are noticing a pattern that no longer serves you; maybe you’re looking to embrace more creativity, more joy, better health, or more appreciation for what you already have; maybe you have a big project to tackle, or you just want more energy. There are so many possibilities to invite into your life that can help you feel more alive and fulfilled.
I’m Kim, and I work with women over 40 that are looking to make small changes that result in big shifts–physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
What exactly is Health & Wellness coaching?
Coaching combines powerful sets of tools and draws from several theories of psychology. A coach’s expertise is in behavior change; their purpose is to be with clients through journeys of discovery and evoke clients’ own motivation to follow through on self-directed goals. The client is always in the driver’s seat, with the coach riding next to them.
Health & wellness coaching focuses on exactly that—your health and wellness! From a holistic perspective, that means anything that relates to your physical, spiritual, mental, emotional, financial & social well-being.
The whole is often greater than the sum of its parts; and the idea that the parts can be addressed separately is outdated. The fact is, when you address one aspect of your health and wellness, often the others experience as shift as well––the whole shebang gets an upgrade, as I like to say.
Coaches are a bridge
from where you are to where you want to be.
What can I work on with a Health & Wellness coach?
Has a doctor ever recommended that you start exercising or eating more vegetables? Or maybe you’ve thought, “I need to get out more” or “I should start meditating.” And then….nothing happens. That’s where a coach comes in. We are a bridge from where you are to where you want to be. I like to think of it as a covered bridge (I am in Vermont). We can work on things like getting better sleep, reducing processed food, incorporating movement into your life, time management, stress reduction, spiritual & personal growth, social connection, and managing chronic illness (to name just a few).
I’ll help you best incorporate the changes you want into your life––at your pace, with your vision and our unconditional support. There’s no judgement; you can never disappoint a coach! I offer tips and resources (with your permission), brainstorm with you, and provide a safe space to reflect, learn about yourself, and just be. It’s a subtle yet powerful relationship that many find transformative.

About Me
With a background in design, psychology, and organic gardening, plus certification from the mindbodygreen institute, I bring a unique combination of skills and experience to coaching. A former processed food junkie and college party girl, my own health and wellness journey began with waking up to what really matters in life and deciding to buck the trends of what we’re “supposed” to do. My alternative lifestyle and explorations of consciousness and what it means to be alive have given me a wide perspective through which I relate to clients and think about personal growth. I bring warmth and vitality to sessions, and have a logical yet creative mind that helps me help you in the way that suits you best.
